Sunday March 14th, At 4:56 AM the Imboden Volunteer Fire Department was called to the scene of a structure fire at 210 North Carolina, the Levi Webb residence.
IVFD arrived at 5:01 AM to find Mr. Webb’s shop building totally involved. Firemen extingushed the blaze but the building was a total loss.
The Ravenden Volunteer Fire Department assisted the IVFD with the blaze. Imboden and Ravenden have a “Mutual Aide” agreement between the department and respond to each others structure fire for assistance and man power.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. The fire departments were able to contain the fire and keep it from spreading to near-by structures. Imboden was back in service at 6:01 AM. Thanks to Chief Butch Dail and the entire Ravenden Fire Department for their help.
