DESCRIPTION OF CRIME: Oftender engaged in forcible and violent oral/anal/vaginal rape with a 17-year-old female. Gibson was subsequently adjudicated guilty of multiple counts of Sexual Assault 2″8 Degree in a jurisdiction within the State of Arkansas, and has been adjudicated guilty of assault, theft, and drug related charges out of Washington State. Based on information obtained from the risk assessment process, Gibson was classified as a “Level 3: High Risk” offender. Typically, offenders in this category have a history of repeat sexual offending, and/or strong antisocial, violent or predatory personality characteristics.
These are individuals whose offense and criminal history require notification throughout the community.
