Bobby Joe Fisher, age 49 of Batesville was arrested on Sunday and is being held in the Independence County jail on a $1 million dollar bond.
On Sunday an unresponsive individual was taken to White River Medical Center. While at the Hospital, law enforcement discovered she had been sexually assaulted.
After investigators interviewed Fisher, he was arrested and charged with one felony count of rape and one felony count of incest.
Fisher is currently being held on $1 million bond.
Fisher has a lengthy record with more than two dozens bookings on charges ranging from probation/parole revocation to numerous battery charges.
