According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Lee Hagan, 56 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on June 17th for probation violations as well as a bond revocation from a previous arrest.
Caitlin Haynes, 27 of Calico Rock, was arrested on June 18th on a warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
James Young, 58 of Melbourne, was arrested on June 20th for failure to comply with the sex offender registry.
Zachary Montgomery, 39 of Salem, was arrested on June 20th on a warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Paul Southerland, 46 of Viola, was arrested on June 21st pending formal charges related to possession of a controlled substance.
Danielle Griggs, 40 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on June 21st pending formal charges related to possession of a controlled substance.
Joseph Cruz, 40 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on June 21st for criminal trespass.
Jamie Woodcock, 36 of Pineville, was arrested on June 22nd on a warrant out of Baxter County.
Erin Couch, 39 of Melbourne, was arrested on June 22nd for careless driving, no vehicle license, no proof of insurance, DWI, and possession of a controlled substance.
