The Arkansas State Police fatal crash report states that Robert Freeman age 60 of Pocahontas was killed, and Terran Wheelis, age 38 of Hoxie and Jaime Andrade-Ramirez, age 42 of Tijuana were both injured when the Toyota driven by Freeman crossed the centerline and hit an SUV driven by Wheelis, the SUV then crossed the Centerline and hit a semi truck.
The injured were taken by medical helicopter and ambulance to area hospitals.
The accident happened at 4:54pm Thursday on Highway 67 near Fulbright Avenue.
