Melissa Casey, 44, of Oxford, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Contempt/Failure to Pay.
Austin Deaton, 28, of Arkansas, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL, Expired Registration, Speeding, and No Proof of Insurance Local-ASP.
