According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, the following individuals were incarcerated last week (10/30/2023-11/6/2023). An average of 60 inmates were housed in the Sharp County Detention Center daily.
Russell Adams, 26, of Cave City, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Possession of Controlled Substances. Failure to Pay Time Pay x2 on Fleeing on Foot, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Intoxication. Contempt.
Matthew Beverly, 34, of Hardy, was arrested for Failure to Appear on Contempt. Failure to Pay Time Pay on Possession of Controlled Substance and Probation.
Steven Break, 40, of Thayer MO, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Public Intoxication. Failure to Pay Time Pay on Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL, Criminal Trespassing x2, No Proof of Liability Insurance-Local, Expired Tags. Failure to Pay Fines and Cost.
Jennifer Engelbrecht, 38, of Williford, was arrested for Failure to Appear on Filing a False Report, Public Intoxication, and Pedestrian Crossing at other than Crosswalk.
Rickey Faulkner, 53, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Possession of Sched. I, II Meth/Cocaine LT 2GM, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Meth/Cocaine.
Nicole Foust, 37, of Williford, was arrested for Driving with Suspended/Revoked DL, Improper Turn, Resisting Arrest, Driving or Boating While Intoxicated-1st Offense.
