Steven Mac Baldridge, 66 of Black Rock, died October 8, 2023, in the St. Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro. Steve was born October 14, 1956, in Flint, Michigan to the late, Jay and Jackie
(McLaughlin) Baldridge. He graduated from Durand High School in 1974. Steve joined the Marine Corps in 1974 and served until 1977. He lived in the Flint area his whole life before moving to Black rock, Arkansas in 2016. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Pocahontas, Arkansas. Steve loved being in the outdoors and spending time up north on the land. He was an avid huntsman in Michigan. He adored his grandchildren and loved spending time with them.

Steve is survived by his sister Kim (Ray) Quick of Swartz Creek, Michigan; nephews, Jay, Joel, and Ethan Quick; an aunt, Caroline Hester; step-daughter, Kourtney Bechtel; uncles, Charles Baldrige and Glenn Dunahay; cousin and best friend, Scott Hester; and step-son, Ryan Henson; seven grandchildren, Madison, Ryli, Brody, Devyn, Shelby, Gavyn, and Nylia; two great-grandchildren, Avery and Emery; and many more cousins and friends. 

Memorial service will be Saturday, October 21, 2023, at 11 A.M. in the Bryan Chapel with Rev. Chad Burton officiating. Visitation will be from 10 A.M. till 11 A.M. Interment of his cremains will take place in the Oak Forrest Cemetery in Black Rock.
