A warrant served on a residence on 1st Street in Black Rock on September 23rd yielded nearly 18 pounds of Marijuana and illegal THC products.
Arrested was Brent Porter of Black Rock. According to Chief Archer of the BRPD, Porter was arrested and charged with Possession With Purpose To Deliver (Felony), Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia (Felony), Possession Of A Controlled Substance (Felony) and Possession Of A Controlled Substance Schedule IV & V (Felony).
Chief Archer stated the arrest was in conjunction with the 3rd Judicial Drug Task Force and the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
Porter was released after posting bond and given a court date.
