On April 8 at approximately 4:10 PM a female subject was stopped in Evening Shade, AR by a man impersonating a police officer. The man was driving an older model white Crown Vic similar to the one shown.
The Crown Vic had tinted windows, black wheels and it had a single blue light on the dash.
The man is described as being 5’5” tall, somewhat heavy set with a flat top hair cut. It was stated the man was wearing a uniform style black shirt and uniform style black pants and he had a portable radio on his side.
